Around Westhampton Lake, This most beautiful and meaningful graduation tradition provides a time to reflect on the past four years and to dream of the future. Parents and guests are invited to watch from the lawn in front of Boatwright Memorial Library (loc. no. 5). [No seating is provided; blankets, etc. are encouraged.] Rain location: Priority for graduates - Cannon Memorial Chapel (loc. no. 36).

Buffet Lunch
Heilman Dining Center , Please call (804) 289-8512 to order tickets; Degree candidates on meal plans are served free of charge; guests may purchase a ticket to attend the lunch. To avoid waiting in line to purchase tickets on Commencement Day, degree candidates are encouraged to purchase guest tickets in advance from the Heilman Dining Center at $9.00 for each guest age 10 and above, and $4.50 ages 3-9.

Undergraduates assemble with classmates on the Westhampton Green in front of the Booker Hall of Music (loc. no. 38) to celebrate their graduation  by walking together to the Commencement Ceremony in the Robins Center.
