Regalia Wear - Caps, Gowns & Master's Hoods

Caps and gowns are ordered via the University Services, please click here for placing your order by Feb 12, 2010 for May 2010. If you did not order your regalia online you may pick up  your cap and gown on April 15 at the Weinstein Recreation Center between 2pm and 7pm. 

Undergraduate Regalia Includes:

• Black Gown
• Black Mortar Board
• Black Tassel
• Stoles provided by the University for Degree/School distinction as follows:

A&S Bachelor of Arts - White

A&S Bachelor of Science - Gold

ECRSB BSBA - Beige

LDSP BA - Peacock Blue

Additional Items per Graduate obtained through respective departments/organizations include:

• Academic Honor Groups & Societies - cords or medals
• Leadership Role Honors/Awards - medals
• International Students, African-American Students and Study Abroad participants represented by sash or small flags of native or host country
• Golden Key - cords or sash
• Scholar Athletes - mortar board ribbon
• Westhampton College - piece of their class flags

Any other items will need to be approved through the Commencement Coordinator.

School of Continuing Studies Regalia Includes:

• Black Gown
• Black Mortar Board
• Black Tassel
• Stoles provided by the University for Degree/School distinction as follows for Bachelors Degree ONLY

Bachelor of Liberal Arts - White

Bachelor of Applied Studies - Information Technology - Gold

Graduation Fee

All students who have applied to graduate will be billed a graduation fee. These fees include cap and gown, hood, transcript and other graduation charges. The fee is:

Bachelors - A&S, BUS, LDSP - $40

Masters - $50

SCS - $40

Doctoral - $70
