All candidates wear black motor boards with black tassels.

Bachelor's degree candidates wear black gowns with corresponding bachelor's stoles.

Post-bachelor's certificate and graduate certificate candidates wear black gowns.

Master's degree candidates wear black gowns and corresponding master's hoods.
Additional approved items will be distributed by the School of Professional and Continuing Studies.
Stoles provided by the University for Degree/School distinction as follows for Bachelors Degree only:
- Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts: White
- Bachelor of Science in Professional Studies — Information Technology, Information Security, Data Analytics: Gold
- Bachelor of Science in Professional Studies — Paralegal Studies: Purple
- Bachelor of Science in Professional Studies — Human Resource Management: Drab
